Request a pickup

Enter the patient, referring doctor, tests or test groups, and a preferred date and time — the pickup point defaults to the client's address.

Live rider tracking

While a rider is on the way for the sample, the client can see where the rider is.

Follow every request

Status counts and a list filtered by stage — requested, in progress, collected, not yet reported — with full detail per request.

Cancel with a reason

A request can be cancelled from the portal until the sample is taken, and the reason reaches the lab.

Reports to the client

Verified reports are sent to the referring client as PDFs, alongside the patient and doctor if you choose.

How do client labs and hospitals send us samples?

Each referring client is set up with its own rates. Sample batches are received against the client, barcoded, and tracked through processing like in-house samples.

Can each client have its own price list and credit?

Yes. Client-wise rates, credit terms and outstanding balances are kept per client, with client billing and statements generated from the tests performed.

Can reports go back under the client's name?

Reports can be delivered to the referring client for their patient, with WhatsApp or email dispatch once verified.

Do you track turnaround time?

Sample status is visible from receipt to verification, so pending and delayed samples can be followed up before the client calls.

Do our clients get their own portal?

Yes. Each referring centre, clinic or partner lab can be given a Lab Client login. On the web Client Desk or the Medimaster Collect app they request pickups, follow each request's status and see the rider while a pickup is on the way — and only ever their own data.

How do clients get a portal login?

The lab creates the login in User Setup with User Type Lab Client and links it to the client's record. There is nothing for the client to install for the web desk; the Collect app uses the same login.

Can a client cancel a pickup request?

A client can cancel from the portal, with a reason, until the sample has been collected. After that, changes go through the lab.

Can we run a collection network?

Yes. Client orders, home collection with rider assignment and sample dispatch between branches are part of the system, with a dashboard for pickups, rider workload and stage times.

Is client billing posted to accounts?

Client bills and receipts post into accounts automatically, so receivables and ledgers stay in step with the lab.
