MediMaster ERP started with a simple observation: in most facilities the same patient details are written down again at the counter, in the lab, at the pharmacy and in accounts. Every repeat is time lost and a chance for error.
We built one system where a patient is registered once and every department — outpatient, inpatient, laboratory, radiology, pharmacy, billing and accounts — works from the same record. Billing closes on time, reports are ready when management asks, and staff learn a single tool.
