Which product should we start with?
Pick the one that matches your main counter: Hospital for IPD and multiple departments, Clinic for OPD-led practices, Lab or Ref Lab for diagnostics, Pharmacy for dispensing. All run on the same platform, so modules can be switched on later without moving data.
Can we move our existing patients, items and balances?
Yes. Patients, doctors, test and item masters, opening stock and opening balances can be imported during setup. Our team checks the migrated figures with you before go-live.
Does it work if the internet goes down?
MediMaster runs on your local network, so billing, registration and printing keep working without internet. Internet is only needed for things that leave the building, such as IRD sync, WhatsApp reports and the mobile app.
Is billing IRD-compliant?
Sales invoices, returns, registers and fiscal-year reports follow IRD requirements, with BS and AD dates on every bill. An IRD audit report and year-ending process are part of the system.
Can we change how bills and reports look?
Yes. Bill, report and lab-report layouts are designed in the built-in print and report designer, and dashboards can be arranged per role — no developer needed for routine changes.
Which lab analysers can be connected?
Common haematology, biochemistry and immunoassay analysers can send results straight to the patient record. Tell us your machine models and we'll confirm the interface before installation.
How long does setup take?
A clinic, lab or pharmacy is usually live within days; a multi-department hospital takes longer depending on departments and data migration. We agree a go-live plan with you at the first visit.
What happens after go-live?
You get a support line, live chat and remote assistance from our team in Nepal, with on-site visits when needed. Updates and new features are rolled out to running installations.
