Which analysers can send results directly?
Common haematology, biochemistry, immunoassay and electrolyte analysers can be interfaced so results arrive on the sample without retyping. Share your machine models and we'll confirm before installation.
How do you prevent sample mix-ups?
Each sample gets a barcode at collection. The same barcode is read by the analyser and at every step until the pathologist verifies the report.
Can reports be sent on WhatsApp?
Yes. Once a report is verified it can be sent as a PDF to the patient and referring doctor over WhatsApp or email.
Can we design our own report layout?
Report headers, letterheads, signatures and test layouts are set in the print designer, and reference ranges can be set by age and gender.
Do you support home sample collection?
Yes. A client desk takes collection requests and a rider desk assigns pickups; collected samples and bills are linked to the lab order.
What about tests we send to another lab?
Outsourced tests are dispatched to partner labs with their own rates, and the partner's report is received and attached to the patient's record.
